Interviews by Project Well-being Group Members
Brady Fuller
Brady Fuller, who is running for seat five in the Boise City Council, came to visit Project Well-being to hear from guests at Interfaith Sanctuary. He wanted to open a conversation to hear and discuss some issues and concerns from the homeless population.
Brady was born and raised in Boise, Idaho, and has been fortunate enough to watch the city grow. He attended the University of Idaho, and then went on to join the Peace Corps as an English teacher and served in a remote village in Cambodia. Brady has a passion to serve and he has a willingness to listen to those in his community.
The interest of this town is in his heart, and that definitely came across in our interview. We discussed many of the barriers the homeless population face such as; affordable housing, minimum wage, transportation, and the future of our city. Brady seems to think outside of the box when it comes to these issues. He learns the most from going door to door, connecting, and communicating with his community. Every time he visits Interfaith Sanctuary he takes the time to listen to the guest staying here.
The best thing about Boise in my opinion is the people that live here, good people, kind people live here.
Brady Fuller
Project Well-being really enjoyed having Brady visit. His kindness and passion for Boise made the group feel very hopeful for the future. Good Luck Brady on your race for seat five!
