The Homeless Art Collective will be selling their artistic creations at the Hyde Park Street Fair this September. We will be highlighting some of our artists up until the event!
Gypsy Wind is Word on the Street’s street photographer, capturing life’s moments wherever he goes. However, when Gypsy isn’t taking photos, he is usually working on one of his many other projects. Over the past few months, Gypsy has been collecting ‘fairy sticks’ from the riverside to sand down, decorate and put up on display. When he first found these sticks, they were covered in dirt, moss and rocks but now he has turned them into beautiful creations. “I built these as magic wands and magic staffs with the hopes of extending the magical powers onto those who come across them,” Wind said. He wishes to showcase their beauty with the world and share his creations with every Hyde Park Street Fair enthusiast.
