Viola uses creativity as a tool to address mental health. She has been working on a series of textured paintings and plans to start an Etsy shop, where she also wants to showcase her designs, poetry, photographs, jewelry, and more. She says having access to the community at Interfaith Sanctuary is helping her push forward.
“I’m going to stay here until I’m ready to be out there. The family, the love and the support that’s here – it’s what I need.”
