Warm-Up Day Shelter (W.U.D.S. UP?) Open Daily From 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Winter weather has arrived in Boise, bringing snow and dangerously cold temperatures day and night. In partnership with Our Path Home, Corpus Christi House, and CATCH, Interfaith Sanctuary has opened a warming shelter at 511 S. Americana Blvd for anyone in need of respite from the cold.

The Warm-Up Day Shelter (W.U.D.S. UP?) is located in the previous home of The Phoenix. The building is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. seven days a week. Staff from Corpus Christi House and Interfaith Sanctuary are available to provide services during operating hours.

In addition to the Warm-Up Day Shelter, Interfaith Sanctuary and Corpus Christi House have heated tents on their properties open for guests.

Exposure to the cold is dangerous and there are members of our community who may be experiencing homelessness for the first time. Our goal is to make sure everyone in the community knows how to access the resources they need to stay safe and warm.

If you see someone outside who might be in need of assistance, please contact Interfaith Sanctuary at (208) 343-2630, CATCH at (208) 246-8830, or the Our Path Home Housing Crisis Hotline at (208) 336-4663.

Please pass this information on so that all who need a warm place to be during these cold winter days can find assistance!
